What do you do when your toddler doesn’t like eggs anymore? You hide them! I’m sure he’ll like them again next week, but in the meantime, he loved this 4 ingredient recipe!
Simple and child-friendly Banana pancakes
2 Organic eggs
1 Banana, mashed
1/4 cup organic oats
a dash of Cinnamon
Crack eggs and mix in a bowl. Mash banana (I’ve found it easy to mash it in a zip lock bag), add oats and a dash of cinnamon. Mix all together in a bowl. Heat up your pan with some coconut oil or grass fed butter and let pan get hot. Pour half of the batter in pan, wait until it starts to bubble, then flip over. Makes 2 pancakes.
