Chocolate Hemp Date balls

Chocolate Hemp Date balls
Ingredients
8 large or 10 medium pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds 
1 tbsp organic coconut oil
1 tbsp unsweetened organic shredded coconut
1/4 tsp organic vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Process the first 5-6 ingredients in food processor fitted with an “s” blade until mixture starts sticking together. You might need to scrape some of it down with a spatula. 

2. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into extra hemp seeds (1-2 tbsp). Refrigerate about 1 hour to firm up. Recipe makes about 9 balls. Store in the fridge.
