My sensitive teeth are gone using this 3 ingredient toothpaste.

I have had sensitive teeth for 15-20 years. I’ve used store-bought sensitive toothpaste, but it never helped. My teeth were so sensitive to the point that I needed to use warm water to rinse my mouth, otherwise I would jump in pain if anything cold hit a certain side of my mouth. I started using this toothpaste only 2 weeks ago and all of a sudden I realized, hey…my sensitivity is gone! I couldn’t believe it. The best part about this recipe too is that it is fluoride-free! Please read HERE why fluoride is harmful and toxic.

3 Ingredient Toothpaste

Ingredients

2 tbsp organic Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Baking Soda
10 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil

Mix together to form a paste and then store in a glass Mason Jar. I’ll admit the first few times you try it, it’ll be weird, especially if you are used to toothpaste from a tube. Trust me, you’ll get used to it. The Peppermint is a must because after you rinse your mouth, you still get that really nice fresh taste in your mouth.
