Organic Cinnamon Vanilla Creamer

I love creamer with my coffee in the am. Did you know that creamer sold in stores are full of artificial ingredients and chemicals? I searched for a long time to find a good store bought flavored creamer and was not successful. So I decided to make my own and it turns out, it’s really easy!

Organic Cinnamon Vanilla Creamer


1/2 cup Organic half and half
1/2 cup Almond milk (make sure it’s carageenan-free or make your own)
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup (no Mrs. Butterworths–full of High fructose corn syrup)
1 tsp organic vanilla extract (or make your own!)
Dash of organic cinnamon (optional)

Pour all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking occasionally, slowly bring to a boil, then turn off heat, whisk some more and then let cool. Store in a glass mason jar. Will keep in the fridge up to 10 days.
